At East Meets West, diners can have American, Italian, seafood, Chinese or Japanese — or a little bit of each. A total of 300 items fill the nearly 10,000-square-foot restaurant's 11 buffets each day. The buffet features many traditional Hong Kong-style Chinese dishes, with Hong Kong-style dim sum being a specialty. Sushi is available, as are hibachi-grilled selections.
