Jeff Ruby and Bootsy Collins teamed up to bring a rock-and-roll vibe to downtown's nightlife. The two-story restaurant and nightclub boasts memorabilia from Collins' career, art from around the world and Spanish-spiced cuisine from Ruby's chefs. The menu is a mix of Spanish tapas and sushi, making it possible to build a meal of any size from your favorites, including duck, Cuban short ribs, shrimp, tuna or Spanish sausages.
