This environmentally-friendly restaurant from Mary and Mark Swortwood, original owners of the Brown Dog and Tink's, features local and organic ingredients. Vegans, vegetarians, and those who don't eat gluten or dairy have plenty of menu choices available. Dishes may vary by the season, but favorites include: the Green Dog BLT, grilled salmon wrap, Green Dog vegetarian burger, quinoa bowl and Oaxacan Turkey Burger. Walk up and order at the counter; they'll give you a number and you can find a seat at their spacious dining area full of booths, large tables and high-tops; and then your food finds you. They also have a nice selection of wine, mixed drinks and beer. Don't forget the brunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
