Will's Restaurant in Greendale makes fantastic soups from scratch and it is one of the area's best kept secrets. Their clam chowder has so many clams it is amazing. 3 featured soups change daily and they also have great salads and sandwiches at very reasonable prices.

2 of the best places to eat mushroom soups. Palamino has a great smooth soup & National Exemplar has a hungarian mushroom soup, that is full of sliced mushrooms.
