The 'Wich on Sycamore
425 Sycamore St. - CincinnatiYour boring bologna has nothin' on these naughty concoctions. Wicked-wich is a fresh idea on the usual sandwich, with choices like Beef Barbeque, Veggie Bella sandwich and the Broom Closet Salad. Or build your own with slow-cooked meats, veggies and cheese on butter-toasted bread.
Capri Tavola Calda
420 Walnut St. - CincinnatiPizza slices don't have to conjure up images of grease-soaked paper plates. Capri Tavola Calda caters to the lunchtime crowd with homemade and healthy Italian, pizza, sandwiches and salads.
It's Just Crepes
151 W. Fourth St. - CincinnatiA second downtown location makes it easier to get your crepe on. "Savory" crepes include the Southwestern, Mediterranean or the Vegetarian, while "Sweet" crepes like the Cookie Monster are a tasty way to end a lunch date.
Arnold's Bar & Grill
210 E. Eighth St. -
Cincinnati
OK, we know Arnold's has been around forever, but they are offering a new Recession Buster lunch menu, with all lunch items costing $4.99. Options include Irish stew, spaghetti and sausage, turkey pot pie and burgers.
