Smoked, slow-cooked and super-secret sauce recipes. The Cincinnati area has an abundance of barbeque joints, from good ol' country cookin' to upscale establishments with history.

At Goodies, it's all about the Southern-style barbeque. Their menu has a wide variety of barbequed chicken, ribs and sandwiches in a number of different sizes (you can order a whole barbeque chicken, for example, or simply a leg). After licking the sauce off your fingers, dive into a sweet dessert, like peach cobbler or sweet potato pie.

You can also purchase by the pound for a family get-to-gether, and they also do pig roasts, too. Also check out their Texas-style, hickory smoked hog roast.
