We started our annual Readers' Choice dining guide with hundreds of nominees, based on last year's results, plus your current reviews and ratings on our site, then added some new places we really like.
Your votes determined the top restaurants in 12 categories, some based on cuisines, one for occasions and one just to track the buzz. Some restaurants were shoo-ins, others a surprise, but all inspired a passionate debate on local dining.
