I was surprised to read the poor reviews as we have never had a bad experience here! Servers have always been friendly and effiicient and the food great! Had lunch there with a friend who had not been there before just a few weeks ago and it was great as usual. Love their Veggie Sandwiches! Wish I lived closer!

This service was very slow and they messed up my order. When I told them my food was made incorrectly the owner argued with me for 5 min saying his staff didn't mess it up..."you probably can't taste the peperoni because the cheese is on top of it". I pealed off the cheese and told him could you please tell me where the pepperoni is. The owner was a very rude and should not have opened a business. He has no clue about customer service and was not friendly. Also a few days later they billed my credit card twice for different amounts.. According to the credit card company he swiped one transaction and the other one was called in without the credit card......
I'm sure this place will go out of business soon if not for bad food then for bad management.......

Finally, good pizza in Cincinnati! The owner, Nino was so friendly and fun to talk with. Great service and fantastic pizza!! I know from living in Chicago for 16 years that there is a longer wait for deep dish pizza. But it's so worth the wait. The restaurant reminds me of a cool new trendy pizza/burger places I recently saw in Portland, OR. I will be back to try the Italian beef and Chicago style hot dogs!

The first time we went to Chi-nnati's we were told after arriving and sitting down that it would be a 30-45 minute wait for a deep dish pizza. When you have a hungry 3 year old with you...not really an option. So, we were unable to try the Chicago style pizza even though we were at a Chicago Style Pizza restaurant. The pizza was okay, but the restaurant was very loud, and we had another Groupon coupon that we paid for so we would be eating there again.
The second time we went to Chi-nnati's, to use our final coupon, we ordered take out. We drove about 20 minutes each way to get the pizza. When we came home my husband began eating his half of the deep dish pizza and there was no canadian bacon on the pizza as we had requested, and paid for. My husband call Chi-nnati's to explain the situation. The waitress stated that she would get a manager. The "manager" came to the phone and my husband explained to him that we ordered the pizza with canadian bacon on it and there is none. The manager proceeded to argue with my husband and state that there was canadian bacon on the pizza. My husband asked to speak with the owner and the manager told my husband that he is the owner. My husband explained to the man that we drove over 20 minutes each way and paid approximately 16.00 for a small pizza. My husband stated that he was surprised that he was being treated this way because we could have just gone to Papa Johns. The manger laughed while my husband was saying this and then stated that we should have just gone to Papa John's and hung up on him. This is not the way that managers and/or owners should be treating their customers. Having managed restaurants himself in the Cincinnati area, my husband was shocked…as was I!!! Just wanted to let you know that if you do have a problem at Chi-nnati's do not expect to be compensated, however, be prepared to be insulted and treated in an EXTREMELY rude manner!

Chi Natti was the worst dinning experience I have ever encountered. We waited 15 minutes without even being greeted, had to ask for a server, and were told that we would have to move to another table in order to be served. We had the unfortunate experience of being sat next to a group of over intoxicated men who found it necessary to shout the "F" bomb at the top of their lungs for my three year old daughter and all of the other children to hear. The manager was completely unable to handle the situation. Told us that we needed to switch tables yet again, but he would speak with them. The table was then served another round of shots and a pitcher of beer. This of course lead to much more "F" bombs being shouted. When we asked if we could please have our pizza to go, the manager told me that i had no reason to be mad and that it was to be expected on a Friday night. "In a family restraunt??" I asked and he told me yes and that he could not do anything about the situation that I should have moved. To top this experience off, while eating our now cold pizza at home, my husband found a long hair as a hidden surpise inside the pizza. I suggest you never ever waste your money or your family dinner on Chi natti's!!

I have been fortunate enough to visit Chi-nnati's on several occassions and have enjoyed each experience. We drive from Dayton to eat there because there is nothing else like it around. The service is excellent - The interior of the restaurant is authentic Chicago and makes you feel like you are there. But that is nothing compared to the food. My family, including my two young sons, have tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to eat something that we did not like. The deep dish pizza is the best we have ever had, especially "The Don". It takes awhile to make, maybe 30 minutes, but it is worth the wait - Just order the chicken tender appetizer while you wait. My kids can't get enough of those. I recommend Chi-nnati's to everyone I know who loves pizza or authentic Chicago food.

I have recently been going here with a few people from work for lunch and they have a great deal for personal deep dish pizza's during this time. I have been there 5 or 6 times so far and I have never had any problems with the wait staff and the food was always out very quickly. I have tried the Italian beef sandwich and was pleasantly surprised on how good and filling it was. I would recommend it to anyone who loves these sandwiches. I have not been there for drinks yet but they have a lot of good deals going on so just be sure to ask your waiter for more information.
I would also recommend getting a pizza for watching football all day as it takes a while to finish any of their deep dish pizza's.
