I agree Rafael, the two server approach didn't work last night, waited a long time for my ceviche during which time they brought me (not ordered) guacamole twice. The ceviche was very good, served with one well seasoned chip. The corn chip is excellent but it needs three. The short rib doesn't deliver the flavor expected with the seasonings. I like the style and the concept of poco a poco but they need some time to work out the kinks.

Poco a poco (little by little) will find its sea-legs"poco a poco." For the moment, it is a little frantic, a little too intensely- trying too hard (the waiter tried about five times to augment our bill by asking if we wanted another dish) and patronizing in its eagerness to explain (without being asked to) what churros or flan were (Please!) The food? OK. Almost Mexican, almost Caribbean, but not the real deal. I'll check it out again in a few months.
