Hi Bootsy What a fabulous restaurant and bar. I came across a local guy that designs and makes the coolest guitar chairs - I can just see a couple of guitar bar chairs around pub guitar pick table on the landing near the guitar rug. My wife and I sat down and no one came to serve us. After ten minutes, I went up to the bar to get a server. No one seemed to know we were there. We managed to get a drink, and then our server didn't check on us after that. About 15 minutes later I went back up to the bar and got our server so we could order another drink and our food. We got our second drink and sat there. Eventually asked for bread, which we got without butter. Before being served, our server saw I didn't have a napkin and asked me if I wanted one ... what the heck? We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and my wife's pasta was overcooked and way too salty. The area we were in (same room as bar, not the back room) was 2/3rds empty, on what appeared to be a slow work day evening. When I mentioned this to our server, she said "we have a big party in the back." Our server never asked us if we liked the food.

I was minding my own business, waiting for my check, when they added $90 that I had nothing to do with. Whem I pointed out the error, they claimed they lost my credit card. When I complained, the manager kicked me out of the establishment, saying I was "making a scene". If you care about your bill, your credit, or just being treated like a coomon patron, don't go to Bootsy's... they make youfeel like a criminal for sticking up for yourself

We checked out Bootsy's 12-13. The atmosphere, food and staff were excellent. We can't wait to return. Gary and Lisa
