Casa Mexico REFUSED TO ACCEPT 2 Cincy Savers.Com gift certificates as it states on the Certificate. The owner said he was only going to accept 1. We were livid. We showed him what it said right on the Cert. We told him were would not coming back. He stated he didn't want customers like us anyway. What did he mean by that? Was it because we were AMERICANS? DON'T
Now my wife and I are stuck with $20 remaining certs. We have never, ever been treated like this at a restaurant in our lives. This occurred around 6:00 PM, Friday October 29, 2010. I posted a notice on Facebook as well as letting our friends and family about the incident.

I went ti this place Casa Mexico, by the door was a server that took me to my table w my wife and kids .... we have the best salsa ever and the chips are fresh....
Mexican restaurant with games for kids?? and margaritas for 3.25 ooh yesss! my wife was super happy
fajitas supremas did it all.....and we took quesasdillas home.

we will be back !!

Ok, this place is a disgrace! The place needs to be condemed and 1st & last time I went here, our basket of chips had HAIR in it... I asked the so called waiter to leave off the nasty green sauce that normally comes with the dish I ordered, well he brought it out to me and said "oh i am sorry, we made a mistake and put the green sauce on anyhow" ... I thought well I will give it a try anyhow.. OMG>. tjhis stuff was NASTY!! and I do not now what was SUPPOSE to be in my enchilada, but it looked, smelled and tasted like CAN DOG FOOD!!!! All I can say is, DO not bother going to this dump, you will be sorry!!!
