What does mean to hang out at Uncle C's? Well for Bellevue residents, it means sharing some smokes and shooting some pool at the neighborhood bar on Ward Avenue. The place may seem a little different than usual, as the restaurant on the other side of the bar is being remodeled. I hope they are able to get some customers, but with the B-list, skinny legs, millers, the loyal cafe, and the other avenue bar, as well as newport...
