Best Damn Dish: Arloi Dee

Thirty restaurants submitted nearly 80 dishes in the Best of Taste competition. And only a handful were chosen as winners. We got the chosen few to dish - pun intended - on their award-winning creations for Taste of Cincinnati.

THE DISH: Chicken lettuce wrap (lettuce, crispy noodle, stir fry chicken, scallions and Thai brown sauce)

THE QUOTE: "When you cook something, you have to cook from your heart," says co-owner Mali Lumsum. "That's what makes your food your best. You have to love the food and the way you cook, and if you do that, it will turn out well."

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT TASTE? "We like the music and a lot of people," says co-owner Chanida Lumsum. "I like how people can pick from a lot of places and try a variety of things."
