What’s more fun than putting fruit and sweets on skewers, then dunking them into an array of flavorful dipping sauces? Fondue, the upscale version of playing with your food, is front and center at the Melting Pot. The restaurant serves up four-course meals using fondue, starting with a cheese fondue, followed by salad, an entrée and ending with the popular chocolate fondue. Entrees include items such as filet mignon and lobster tail, and patrons can pick from several dips for their entrée. The Melting Pot designs its meals to be shared, and nothing compliments a night out more than a cocktail. The bar concocts specialty drinks like the Love Martini and the Chocolate Fontini.
