Covington’s new gourmet burger joint wants to sucker punch you with their array of burger styles and graphic novel motifs. Pick a protein patty – beef, turkey or black bean – bun (or the bunless salad option), and one of 14 topping styles including Kalifornia, curry chutney, an Italian with pizza sauce or the German with sauerkraut.
