Sam’s Chili is a tiny yet homey diner in Price Hill, located across the street from Elder and Seton high schools. The sign is huge - you can’t miss it - declaring that they’ve been perfecting the double-decker since 1967. Grab a table or order carry-out, but either way you get to watch the cooks prepare your meal in the open kitchen. They serve Cincinnati-style chili, three-ways, cheese coneys, burgers, fish and of course, double-decker sandwiches.
