Quatman Cafe, a come-as-you-are type place, has been keeping it simple for years, and the formula is clearly working for them. The menu is straight-forward with deli sandwiches, homemade soups and chili, corned and roast beef, but their most popular item is the cheeseburger. Add fries and a drink, and you’ve got a meal for under $7.
