Mad Mike’s in Florence may not have an original concept: burgers and fries, either to go, or to eat in the bare-bones, fast-food style restaurant. But the burgers are all Mike’s own. It’s a locally-owned restaurant that’s as good as the big Guys. The fries are good, too. They serve two juicy 4-ounce patties with a wide variety of toppings, like the "Shroomin" for $4.99, $5.99 or $7.99 if you go overboard with the Goliath.
