Taco Azul, a 21-foot taco restaurant on wheels, will join the city's mobile food truck fleet this spring. Gary Sims had hoped to start operating his truck a year ago it's a fully-operating restaurant, with a griddle, a grill, steam tables, freezer and refrigerator. He'll be turning out $2 tacos: carne asada, carnitas, chicken and homemade chorizo. There's also a burrito on the menu, homemade chips with a salsa bar, possibly a breakfast menu and a two-pound Mad Burrito. Follow them on Twitter @eltacoazul or on Facebook.

"Weenies on Wheels" is a big white trailer offering a scaled-down version of the menu at the Beekman Street carryout. All the dogs including The Chicago, the Genie Weenie coney and the metts, the milder Poodle and the spicy Doberman are $3. A dozen wings with your choice of sauce are $8. Mr. Hanton's serves 30 different types of gourmet hotdogs from their mobile trailer at public and private events. Find them at 5th and Race for lunch, Party in the Park every other Wednesday and in Mt. Adams Thursday-Saturday nights. Also check them out at Westfest, Taste of Colerain and Oktoberfest. Hotdog options include the Fenway Park (yellow mustard and sweet relish), the Kansas City (Swiss cheese and sauerkraut), the New Yorker (with spicy brown mustard) and the Cincinnati Caviar (goetta dog, sauerkraut and Cheese Whiz). Craving some authentic Cajun cuisine? Every day is Mardi Gras at New Orleans To Go, where you can get all the seafood youre looking for. You know the menu is the real thing, as the owner is a New Orleans native. The menu includes items like crawfish, oysters, shrimp, tilapia, burgers, wings and salads. Sushi-inspired quesadillas served from a shiny silver bullet truck.Turophilia Quesadillas is open 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday at 8th and Vine, and their weekend hours vary. Some consistent menu items include the Bobby Woo (shrimp, avocado, wasabi rice, cream cheese, monterey jack cheese and spicy mayo) and the Black Keys (pesto, black olives, artichokes, onion, a garlic-oil blend and mozzarella and goat cheeses).
