The restaurant is known as a churrascaria, featuring Brazilian chefs (also known as "gauchos") who serve your food. A meat disk – a slip of paper, green on one side, red on the other – signals when diners are ready for their meat.

They bring out the chicken legs & hearts along with sausage on the stick but you have to ask for the better quality cuts such as Lamb Chops and not...
