A new Web site has been launched to help people find good deals at Cincinnati restaurants. FindCheapFood.com is up and running with a few restaurants, and the owners hope to add many more. Restaurants pay a subscription to join, and their daily or weekly specials, drink specials and unique events are listed and updated. Users can search by category or go to a restaurant they're interested in. Co-owner Logan Briggs said he has expansion plans, too.
Trio in Kenwood has several specials throughout the week: 4-9 p.m. Mondays and Fridays are half-price wine nights (for all wines under $75); 4-6 p.m. daily there's "Six before 6," special pricing on six of Trio's most popular entrées. Those are also the happy hours: half price wines by the glass, draft beer and well drinks. Trio is open for brunch, with an omelet station and full menu.
