Tano Bistro is a contemporary bistro that seats 45, highlighting fresh ingredients with a menu that changes with the seasons. Gaetano Williams is the chef and owner. He was most recently executive chef at McCormick and Schmick's, Downtown, and he has a long history in the restaurant business; he says this is his 31st restaurant opening. Appetizers include croquette de pollo and bruschetta trio. Among the entrées are blue sirloin, vegetable napoleon and Tano's feature, sea bass with Asian vegetables.
