This steakhouse chain sticks to its guns, so to speak, laying on the Old West theme pretty thickly. A mural depicting cowpokes herding longhorn cattle on the desolate prairie stretches the length of the restaurant. Steaks are the centerpiece here, with the rib-eye (12 oz. or 14 oz.) starring as the signature dish. "Fall Off the Bone" ribs are another signature dish. Lunch specials include the 7 oz. steak Delmonico. Lone Star calls its deep-fried onion a Texas Rose, and it is quite a hit.
