Our family stopped in the other night for dinner. It was not very crowded and was impressed with the work they had done to the place. But the buck stopped there.
Our waiter was young and not very expierenced or friendly which we could deal with. Got our appetizers before we received our drinks. The appetizers were about $8 a piece and there were 3 pretzel sticks and 3 chicken rolls on each! Finally (again, the place was not crowded) received our dinner and were very surprised at the small portions. Steaks came with 1 scoop of mashed potatoes. Chicken wraps had a few strips of chicken and a piece of lettuce and tasted like cardboard and the kids meal came with 3 chicken fingers and a cup of applesauce (which the waiter didn't bring a spoon for)
I must say, we were not impressed and probably won't go back unless it's for a burger and beer (those were about the only things we weren't dissapointed with)

I had the pleasure of dining at the Firehouse Grill for a late afternoon lunch with my family. The greeting from the host was warm and friendly ( and not to mention, I was suprised that there was another host there to open the doors for me). I loved that the restaurant was very open and that it was also super clean. The menu has great variety for all tastes and I can't wait to go back for dinner ( the mile high meatloaf sounds outstanding). The vegetable soup is the BEST I have ever had. The service from Kelly was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a great place for families (my son had the mac n cheese with fries, and loved it), and will definitely return very soon

I really loved the West Coast Pizza. The place has been remodeled since the Apsara days and looks great. I am thankful that we now have a great place to have a drink and a burger after work. If you have not been there, now is the time.

Two of us went there on a Saturday evening. 20 minute wait we were told. Not bad. After about 10 minutes these 4 people came in who obviously knew one of the owners. He grabbed 4 menus and off they went to be seated. OK I could live with that one. THEN about 5 minutes later 4 more "friends" came in and immediately off they went to be seated. Now I'm a little upset. YES BELIEVE it, after 5 more minutes of waiting ......IT HAPPENED AGAIN FOR THE 3RD time. That's 12 people seated ahead of us.!!!!!!! Now I'm pissed. I went to the hostess said we did not know the owners so I guess we will have to leave. We left. Place is nice but you better know the owners to eat there. Practices like that will die a slow death.

This is a must see new bar and grill!! Tired of the same old same old then you need to come see what they can offer. They have VIP rooms and out side dining with an outside bar and a VERY large fire place, lots of room. Nice to see a place that is home based on local Fire Departments and the community.Their menu includes wraps, gourmet pizzas, Wings, fried pickles, special burgers, Love the Back Draft burger named after the Blue Ash Fire Chief, Rich Brown. We will definitely go back! See you there! Thanks for a Great St. Patty's Day!
