AJ’s serves up the traditional roadhouse fare with a few extras, like pastas and deli sandwiches. A favorite menu item is the jack salmon (mild, flaky European Walleye breaded and deep-fried). And don’t leave without trying the homemade chocolate cake; regulars rave about it. It’s located next to Riverbend, making it a perfect pre-concert meal destination, or a great place for a drink post-show. Karaoke Friday and Saturday nights begins at 9 p.m. Happy hour specials include $1.50 longnecks, 50 cents off well drinks and half-price wings.
