If you want to see the best stage work in Cincinnati, get yourself a subscription to Playhouse in the Park's Thompson Shelterhouse. It's where you'll find the best cutting edge scripts, the best directing, and the best ensemble acting. Which is a good thing, because, transformed from an Eden Park shelterhouse and opened in 1960, a modern theatergoer will expect better sight lines (ask for the center section) and more comfortable seating (were people really that much shorter then?).
