Cincy's on Sixth is in the old Cadillac Ranch location - minus the blue Cadillac and the mechanical bull. Now it's a modern American grill with an "in between menu" while construction continues. Menu items are a little more upscale than your typical bar food, like the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, Marsala mushroom Swiss burger, ribs and fresh veggie pizza. But they still have those appetizer faves like 6th Street wings, a tower of onion rings and loaded fries.
