Formerly Sully’s, which closed in 2009, this new Irish pub offers 27 beers on tap and 75 in bottles and nothing on the menu is over $20. Tommy Malone, who was the chef at Mount Adams Fish House for years, is in the kitchen and general manager Bruce Strong has returned to town after working at fine-dining restaurants in Chicago and Miami. The menu includes entrees such as lamb lollipops, a pork porterhouse with maple glaze and a pear slaw, a 10-ounce sirloin with Irish whisky sauce, dauphinois potatoes and grilled asparagus.
