Josh Campbell’s latest project, The Skinny Pig, has opened, serving lunch and dinner in East Walnut Hills. Campbell is focusing on lighter fare than his Mayberry restaurant downtown, including blue corn flatbreads with smoked pork, chicken, beef and various vegetable toppings as well as a variety of salads. Desserts feature sweet flatbreads and frozen custard.
