Aaron Lewis, 'Town Line'
Since becoming a megastar a decade ago by teaming up with Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst, Aaron Lewis and his rock band Staind have surprisingly soldiered on and remained in the public eye, even while most of their post-grunge peers went the way of the dodo. While they've been able to continue touring successfully and churning out albums in the years since, Lewis has suddenly veered off course from opening for Nickelback and making songs for the "Transformers" movie soundtrack. Here, he releases his first foray into country-inspired rock, perhaps wisely following in the footsteps of the massively succesful career turn Kid Rock has made and using his capable pipes to twang it up, singing about dirt roads, tractors, being a "country boy," and Jesus.
