Eight years after the launch of the massive local punk music festival, Nate Rosing is taking over planning from his younger brother Adam. For two nights, almost 40 bands and some comedy acts fill Southgate House. Proceeds this year benefit Save Our Shelter Dogs and NECCO, which provides foster care services for needy children and young adults.
