Plot: Like Borat and Bruno before it, The Dictator finds Cohen immersing himself in another over-the-top foreign character. Admiral General Aladeen has spent a lot of time oppressing democracy in his fictional Middle East nation, the Republic of Wadiya, and gets a face full of freedom when he’s kidnapped while on a diplomatic mission to New York City.
