Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz and more talk Jack Sparrow's latest adventure
By Geoff Berkshire, Metromix
You can't keep a good pirate down. And with billions of worldwide box office dollars under his belt, Captain Jack Sparrow is one very good pirate.
That's why even though the "Pirates of the Caribbean" trilogy came to a close with 2007's "At World's End," Captain Jack is back for an all new adventure in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides."
Geoffrey Rush's Sparrow rival Captain Barbossa also returns, but don't expect to see Orlando Bloom or Keira Knightley. Instead, "Tides" introduces new characters played by Penelope Cruz, Ian McShane and newcomers Sam Claflin and Astrid Berges-Frisbey.
Check out what the cast and producer Jerry Bruckheimer had to say at a recent Los Angeles press conference about Sparrow's return and the new crew of "Pirates."
