The story behind Lindsay Lohan's first stint in jail is a convoluted one, with a 2007 no contest plea to drug charges, then reports of ankle monitors going off, with talk of kombucha, of all things, as the cause behind a drug test violation. Well, whatever ultimately caused the jail time, Lohan served 14 days of a 90-day sentence in 2010.
With Lohan in and out of the spotlight (or is that just a police searchlight...?), reports surfaced in September that Lohan failed a court-ordered drug test. Lohan promptly tweeted: "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result."
