This movie melds "Die Hard", "The Demolition Man", and "Escape From New York" into one, long waste of time. Not going into all of the details but this movie fails to entertain even though not very much was expected except bright lights and loud noises. Even this did not redeem the terrible acting and storyline, which asks that you suspend a little too much science - such as a 130 mile dive off of a floating space platform to Earth - in about 30 seconds. All in all, this movie is not worth seeing, even for the not very special effects.
