Decadent. Literally, every time I come back here, I'm blown away. Is there really a recession happening?
How many times have you been to South Beach now?
I think it's about seven years.
How have you seen it change during that time?
Just the growth of it. But it still maintains itself as the largest most intimate event I've been been part of.
How do prepare for all the parties and after-parties?
It's kind of like the snowball rolling down a mountain. I picked up so many great people along the way that have worked with me. It's like a reunion every year.
What's the secret to surviving a glutton-fest like this?
You nibble. You don't take real bites.
