Starting tonight, the ninth annual Cincinnati Fringe Festival hosts 10 plays, nine solo shows, four dance pieces and six multimedia/variety events in venues across Over-the-Rhine for 12 days.

Here are our top 10 picks – no promises, it’s Fringe. Go with it. And – check the daily schedule. Fringe is also fluid.
