Roederer Estate 25th Anniversary Brut sparkling wine ($24.99)

L.R. Hunley, manager of Piazza Discepoli's White Oak location, recommends some bottles for big and small budgets alike:

"This is a domestic sparkler. This is from a French family named Roederer, but this is from their domestic estate they have out in Anderson Valley, (Cali.).

"This one's nice because it's a combination of both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It's got a little more texture to it ... it's a blended wine, so it's different in the fact the red grape in it makes the mouth feel different. It's a richer feel, so it's a great wine for food and celebrations."
