Summer is almost here, which means Wednesday is the new Friday.
Go from work to play at Party in the Park produced by The Downtown Council of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and the Q102/Bud Select Party at Sawyer Point presented by Pure Romance, and chill out this summer during the downtown outdoor happy hours.
Party in the Park offers its usual dose of happy hour beer (served by the University of Cincinnati dance team) and live music by local bands along with Hooter's burgers, chicken and other bar-type food.
Party at Sawyer Point also offers its fair share of draft beer and live music as well as theme nights and Gold Star Chili cheese coneys. Party at Sawyer Point also has an after-party at Jefferson Hall in Newport on the Levee.
Four reasons to party:
1) Cheap beer: $2 draft Bud, Bud Light and Bud Select, $4 Bud Select plastic bottles along with other non-beer drink options at Party at Sawyer Point; $5 bottles of Bud Light, Corona and Twisted Tea ($3 during happy hour 5:30 to 7 p.m.) at Party in the Park.
2) Two times The Rusty Griswolds (at Sawyer Point on June 3 and Yeatman's Cove on July 8)!
3) Hang time with your friends (if you don't have friends, Q102 personalities will be at Party at Sawyer Point)
4) Get a tan while drinking outside (but don't forget the SPF!)
