I have been purchasing wine from Piazza Discepoli for many years and was very excited to visit the new wine bar in Glendale. I was not disappointed. The bar is run by the same knowledgeable and customer service driven individuals as the stores and offers an overall experience worth the trip. The prices are reasonable, the selection well rounded but not overwhelming, and the atmosphere is unlike any other in the area. I will continue to go to both the stores and wine bar, the knowledge and service is second to no one.

My wife and I love the Piccolo Wine Room (and the Piazza Discepoli wine shops). We started going there soon after it opened and have always found it to be a great place to hang out before or after dinner--or even instead of dinner. L.R., Julia, and Kevin are fantastic hosts who are full of great suggestions but not a bone of "snootiness" among them! However, I agree that the only problem is that Piccolo is not closer to my home...
