Bob Bonder, who also owns Tazza Mia, owns 1215 with Joanna Argus. The emphasis is on coffee and wine appreciation and connoisseurship, with enough food served to go with the drinks. Bonder has teamed up with Caitlin Steininger of Cooking with Caitlin, to serve brunch. There will be three dishes each weekend, with the most popular one kept on the menu. Dinnertime means cheese and meat plates, a different one for each wine flight, and lunch is the ingredients of those cheese and meat plates turned into sandwiches. Lots of wine tastings, wine flights and coffee cuppings are planned.
