Karaoke nights

A bar with the feel of a neighborhood bar, but oh, what a neighborhood. As soon as Thursday’s happy hour lets up at 8pm, make the most of your lowered inhibitions with weekly karaoke.

This neighborhood favorite serves appetizers and sandwiches and an evening dinner menu. And you can belt out your favorites three times a week. The karaoke starts at 10 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays and 9 p.m. on Wednesdays.

This tavern (turned bar at night) is always hopping and offers karaoke from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. on Tuesdays.

Karaoke runs Thursday through Saturday in Silverton, starting around 9:30 or 10. The caterwauling gets bumped if bands are playing on Saturdays, but don’t hesitate to check out the professionals.

At the helm of this weekly series is the fantastic karaoke guru DJ Swirl. Pick your strongest suit from his vast collection, and crowd Junie's Lounge every Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
