Hey, looks like a great time! Would it be OK if we hold a "Whiteout" next weekend? When will we get past the labeling? How about Law Students? or just Students? Merry Christmas!

WOW Black people are insecure hahaha, and the only reason why the group accepts non blacks is because it would be illegal if they didn't. Who would have thought that Blacks in this country actually DO prefer separate but equal, very interesting!

You’re right, there isn’t equality. Equality is something that the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) advocates. BLSA is a national (and international) student organization and membership is not limited to Black law students. I am a white member of BLSA. BLSA’s events are also not limited to Black law students, they are open to all students and guests. The event could not have been a UC Law student party because it was a fundraiser for the UC chapter of BLSA. UC BLSA generally hosts 2 parties a year and donates a portion of the proceeds to charities. Further, the party was titled “Blackout” because the dress was black cocktail attire. “Although many doors have opened, many more remain closed… African-Americans are still disproportionately underrepresented in the legal arena. BLSA does not seek to isolate itself from the law school community, rather it advocates cooperation and involvement of its members with other students, student organizations, faculty and staff.”

ABC equals white television, are you drunk? 70% of the shows are black or gay? I guess some ones ignorance simply cant be helped? My kids will go to the UC WHITEOUT EVENT that I am sure they will hold, for equality, oops, there is no equality, hey better yet go ask a Native American about race and equal rights, as you watch your rap on BET.

So nice to see some Cincinnati youth not making race an issue. (sarcasm)

Wow, what would everyone say if we held a UC White students event, or had WET= White entertainment television?? how lopsided is the race issue in Cincinnati? why could it have been just a UC law student party? Seems someone always has to use the Black card for any publicity. SO sad
