Pirate’s Den, a West Side staple, recently relocated from Anderson Ferry to a business strip off Werk Road, next to the new home of Champions Grille. It’s surprisingly really big inside, has two bars on both sides and lots of high-top tables in the middle. If you stop by on a Friday or Saturday, you’ll catch some live entertainment from popular local bands. Happy Hour runs 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday-Saturday with drink specials including $2 domestic beers, $3 imports and $2.50 well drinks. Pirate’s Den serves a full menu of sandwiches, quesadillas, wings, burgers, shrimp and salads from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
