Holler Hops and Grill has 10 beers on tap, which are rotated periodically, along with 70 or so more in bottles. The bar is owned by Trent Riley. Maria Pena, chef, has worked with Jean-Phillipe Chocolatier and at L’Auberge in Dayton, and said she’s left fine dining for now to create some "uppity" bar food here. Menu selections include a goetta-wrapped Scotch egg and meatloaf cupcakes; all sauces are homemade.
