Horrible Bouncers!

The waitresses and bartenders are great! However, the bouncers are absolutely awful!!! I was having a good time at the bar when a bouncer grabbed my arm because he thought he "threw me out earlier and I snuck back in." This couldn't have been further from the truth. He asked all the other bouncers, the doorman and the police officers who all said that I was, in fact, not kicked out. So, after dragging me across the bar he told me to go back in. I asked for an apology and at that point he said I had to leave. Worst experience I've had at a bar!

First of all, let me start by saying I was so pumped about this opening! Not only am I disappointed I am appalled at the quality of waitresses/staff you would have representing Cincinnati, my home! Our waitress was "Hannah" and she had the worst attitude ever!! She was more worried about her reflection than about getting our order right. If she was as cute as she thought, she would be Miss Universe, but she isn't. She screwed up everything about our night and I can truly say that Toby Keith would be disappointed if he knew the service she provides! FIRE HER and get a real staff....I might come back! Las Vegas and Tulsa know how to hire their staff-pretty and legitimate waitresses!
