Bubblegum special at Red

Too obvious? Red, in its posh Hyde Park Square environs, is not an establishment that wants for experimentation. Though not a deep crimson red, the bubblegum-infused vodka martini bears mention. A study of contrasts, the cocktail is made on site by soaking 16 pieces of Double Bubble in Ketle One. You can even get it with mini bubblegum ice cubes. In observance of our nation’s birth, the upscale steakhouse and bar will be featuring live music, $2 beers, $4 cocktails and $5 martinis.
