The Pig and Whistle
2680 Madison Road
Cincinnati, OH 45208Neighborhood: Hyde Park
Formerly Mulligan's Hyde Park Pub, the sports pub is jazzed up with new colors, a better menu and more college pride (logos and flags). It still has plenty of seating and high-definition televisions in the main dining area, accented by a long bar and an impressive draft beer wall and a bevy of taps. The menu includes many of the sports pub basics, such as wings and burgers. There’s also a black bean burger and a few other vegetarian, healthier items. The pulled pork bbq sandwich is from BBQ Revue, and there’s a pig and bull burger: half ground chuck, half pork.
